In order for Tripoli insurance to be in effect for a high power rocket flight, the flyer must be a member in good standing of either the Tripoli Rocketry Association or the National Association of Rocketry. TRA no longer distributes member lists due to privacy concerns. That means the only means of verifying membership is for the flyer to present a membership card at the launch field.

You must present a valid current TRA or NAR membership card at Registration to fly high power. You must show photo identification. If you cannot present a valid current TRA or NAR membership card, you will not be permitted to fly high power.

I recommend that you place your card in something that you know will accompany you to a launch event: your range box, your briefcase, the glove compartment of the vehicle you always take to launches, etc.
