Michigan Team-1 members:

The September 20th Manchester launch was moved East of the normal location due to moderate wind conditions in the morning. We had blue sky with some high cirus clouds in the morning with increasing clouds in the afternoon and almost no wind. It appears that some missed the launch due to the change in location about 3 fields east of the normal location.
