The 2009 Annual Meeting is approaching on Sunday 01/25/09. The annual election for the Board of Directors will be conducted at this meeting. If you would like an absentee ballot, please communicate your need to me no later than Monday 01/19/09. Sooner than that is even better because it increases the probability your ballot will be received in time. Upon receiving your request, I will respond by sending you a numbered absentee ballot by US Mail.

Please note that you must be a Team-1 member in order to vote. If you vote in person at the Annual Meeting, you may renew your membership at the Annual Meeting prior to the election; that's why membership renewal will be listed on the meeting agenda prior to the election. If you vote absentee, you must renew your membership before the ballot count.
