THE 2008 FALL THREE OAKS LAUNCH IS POSTPONED ONE WEEK.

Prefect Ken Zeuner spoke with Farmer Chesnut this evening (10/31/08) as planned, and Farmer Chesnut advised that significant progress has been made harvesting the crops. But they are still behind schedule. For that reason, the launch event must be postponed one week to the weekend of November 15th and 16th.

The BoD has a list of launch postponement tasks we must now perform, and quickly. I will broadcast frequent emails to the membership to make you aware of progress.

For starters, please note the cancellation period for both hotels is 24 hours. I will contact the hotels about this postponement and advise you of the results.
